Can I transfer files from Windows 10 to Windows 11?
Yes, Windows 10 to another 11 is fully supported. You can also transfer data from Windows 10 to another Windows 10, 11 to 11 and any other combination.

Either one works. Typically, it is more convenient to purchase on the old one.
